Kimmi Bowers

Kimmi and I met at Ridgemont when I was an STL Trainee in 2015. After training, and my placement at the store, she joined my team as a part-time coordinator on the Front End and swiftly obtained a full-time position at Brockport. Shortly after, we were reunited when we were both placed at Chili-Paul and she was once again on my team. Together, we presented two team meetings: one for our Front End Team, and the other for the Helping Hands team. Topics included attendance, safety, powerlift training, bagging and Front End priorities. Throughout our time together, I was able to provide Kimmi the skills to lead a team in the absence of other leadership. She has since continued her career becoming a Human Resources Assistant in Supply Chain, a lead Customer Care Center Specialist, and quickly achieved her career goal becoming one of only two Copywriters at Wegmans. Most recently, Kimmi has taken on additional responsibilities within Marketing and is now directing videos for our social media channels. She also graduated from the Dale Carnegie course and received the class-nominated Highest Award of Achievement.
